I want to increase my endurance for swimming. I want to swim the 500 free under 5:10 again but I lost all my stamina so I was wondering if running 3 miles on the treadmill at 6 mph will greatly increase my stamina because my stamina is not at the level I want it to be right now. I would be running almost everyday if not every other day. Any help would be appreciated. thanks
