Swim suit body for teen girlz?

ok I'm 14 i weigh 135 lb. my PE class is going to start swimming sometime in jan or feb but i have belly fat.I'm not obese or anything but i want to be healthier and a little more tone. i want to look good in my swim suit and i don't want anymore jiggle. **what i need as an actual specific diet and exercises that can fit into my schedule***

  1. Well all I can say is eat more fruit don't drink soda cut back on the bread. Excercise regularly.


  2. Honestly, I don't think you should be worrying about your weight especially since your so young and you're not overweight, so don't worry about it. Try and have self confidence and not care what others think about you. It will help you in the long run, trust me.

  3. the best way to get rid of belly fat is sit ups and iron cross and push ups.
