ok I'm 14 i weigh 135 lb. my PE class is going to start swimming sometime in jan or feb but i have belly fat.I'm not obese or anything but i want to be healthier and a little more tone. i want to look good in my swim suit and i don't want anymore jiggle. **what i need as an actual specific diet and exercises that can fit into my schedule***(ive already tried spark teens it didn't work)
