  1. no

  2. You should go try it out nobody knows if you have great talent if you don't

I did and I'm great.(Not the Olympics great but good)

  3. Fancy strokes?

You mentioned the four used in competition, plus you added a couple more that aren't.  There is no such thing as "doggy" and "human." strokes.  I've heard of a "dog paddle," but what the heck is a "human" stroke?

As far as technique, I'm sure the coach can help with that.  By the time a swimmer is ready for high school competitive meets, the coach may have some members specialize in only SOME strokes at which they excel.  For example, a person might only compete in the backstroke races of different lengths, such as the fifty meter, one hundred meter, two hundred meter and so on.  That same swimmer may also do the backstroke leg of medley relays, where four swimmers do only their specialty stroke for their part of the race.

  4. sure you can

they mainly compete the style we watched at the olympics

    back, breast, butterfly and freestyle

  5. umm what is human? When u find out please let me and the rest of the world know! And u should try out for the team but FYI i am a swimmer and if u even attempt to do your human stroke, what ever it maybe, they will laugh u rite out the pool!

Good luck and no doggy paddle or human:)
