Swimmers, what shampoo/conditioner do you use?

Hi swimmers,

I'm gunna be swimming lots in the chlorene pools, What shampoo/conditioner's do you recommend to keep my hair from completley drying out?

What are you guys using?

i use herbal essences hello hydration. makes my hair feel smooth and silky

you can get special swimmer's hair/skincare from the local swim&trophy shop (wherever you get your team suits from, usually) - or look online. Honestly, though, until you can get that stuff, a daily clarifying shampoo is almost just as good. Good luck!

I used to just shampoo my hair everyday with v05, tiny amount of shampoo, ALOT of conditioner...

my hair was fine

i use ultra swim brand. it helps remove clorine and then help w/ clorine damage. hope that helps. :)

i use paul mitchell chlorine remoiving shampoo and just normal conditioner
