Swimmers, what to do about foggy goggles?

Mine always get fogged up while I swim and its annoying, is there anything I can do about it.

Ok, this sounds really weird but it seriously works.

If you l**k your finger and rub it along the inside of the goggle lens, it keeps them from fogging up as fast.

it really works... i did it before every race :]

There are a few different options.  

You can buy anti-fog goggles; there is a spray you can spray in your goggles; as disgusting as it may sound, spit in your lenses.

you should buy anti-fog goggles or you should just buy this solution that some stores sell.

you can now buy fog free goggles..they work for mee..

i think there are anti-fog goggles that you can get.  might be a bit more expensive, but worth it.
