  1. right, so i've been a swimmer most of my life and what i've found is that it doesn't really matter how tall you are (though being tall can help), what's really important is that your arms and legs are long.

on to exercises, my least favourite. do you do dry-land practices? cause those help a lot, even though they're a pain to do. if you're a freestyle-er then any exercise with your triceps is good. wallsits are great for leg strength too.

  2. what? didn't you already post a question just like this?

read my answer on your other question.

  3. so what you need to do is stretch the back of ur arms and do flip turns. um age would kind of help. times would too. i am a swimmer. i get 1st in my races too. but most ppeople need to work on flip turns, like not taking any breaths in between the flags. so swim when you hit the flags dont come up to get air, do a flip keep swimming with no breaths until you are past the flags. one thing that is really important is that you butterfly kick out of your flip turns becuase you are dragging alot of water when you are going to the wall and then you got to swim through it so, some really strong butterfly kicks will help plenty. hope this helps.
