What are some good activities that I could do in the pool to lose 3 pounds in 1 week? (Other than doing laps.)

  1. diving swimming back in forth testing how long you can breathe under water- and how much you improve, you could also race with friends doing laps (I know you said besides laps ><) diving bored is a option practice your diving and flips; I hope this helps ^_^


  2. you could take up swimming arobics or diving. laps are probably the best thing but you could just jump around and have fun to that might help
