Swimming Help Needed?

I have the ability to float and swim using the regular strokes (breast stroke) but I have trouble breathing and I get tired after a few yeards. What can I do to swim longer without any wasted motion and breathing?

  1. well, the key to success is to find something that inspires you. In Kung Fu Panda the panda likes food, and because of his love of food he is able to become the dragon master. Now if you want to become the dragon master my only tip to you is you have the special ingredient already inside of you, you just have to believe in yourself


  2. try a pull out, if u dont know ask a swim coach in your area.  also make sure you breathe every 'stroke' and that you dont become too egar, like trying to go fast.  work ur way up

  3. Stay calm and move your arms at a steady rate you can do for a longer period of time.

  4. keep yourself elongated and make sure you paddle under water, producing the most contact, and most motion

  5. make sure you have your arms and legs underwater more than out of water

    even tho it is more tyring you will go father beacuse you have more power

    or you could try just swimming without any of the fancy techniques

  6. u can get one of those goggles that have a tube that go up in the air. Maybe at acadame
