Swimming breast stroke?? good time??

i am 13 years old and swimming breast stroke. my time for a 50 yd. is 38 seconds? i dont swim year round only 2 months out of the year and i get first in an age category of 15 and over. (15 yrs. to 18 yrs. of age) am i good breast stroker
