  1. Gross

I would never swim in the pool that has diarrhea in it.

I'd skip swimming if I had diarrhea.

  2. Please don't swim if you have diarrhea; aside from distributing p**p all over the water, someone might get sick as a result.

  3. I knew some guy who did that once.

They had to drain the pool and he had to swab the p**p deck.

  4. Water and diarrhea do not go well together. Make sure you do not mix them.

  5. Actually, the one thing that a person can get into a pool that can really really cause a significant health issue is fecal matter.  Swimming within 3 or 4 days of having had diarrhea is a really bad idea and specifically in violation of the Health and Safety codes in many states.

Most especially, there is a pathogen in some people's fecal matter that can cause a fatal illness in small children and the elderly.  It is called Psuedosporidium, and the 'germs' can actually live in chlorinated pool water for several days.  Almost all other pathogens are killed by chlorinated pool water in just a few seconds or less.

Anyone with diarrhea or who has recently had it should stay out of swimming pools.  Infants in diapers should have special 'swim diapers' to avoid contaminating the water.  This is a real problem with potentially fatal consequences.

  6. Thats gross.. you do not want f***s in the pool.. the whole thing will have to be drained!

  7. I would recommend not going swimming with diarrhea. It is very gross to clean up and not all pools will drain the water if there is a mishap. They will clean it the best they can and shock the pool with chemicals. The pool with be closed for at least an hour after that.

  8. most likely....but i always have a farting problem in the water. i think it is caz im moving everying in my body. so i always break wind" or should i say break water during my flip turns. LOL!

  9. Have you never heard of Imodeum-AD? People like you are the reason that I bought my own pool.

  10. Would be best to avoid swimming as the movements get the bowels working and you could risk doing it in the pool.  Also cold water on the stomach will make you want to go.  Don't swim!!!

  11. I don't think that you could do it for a lopng time but you could try. diharrea is bad for the swimmers
