hey all,
i hve a swimming test in a about an hour.. i have to swim 200 meters. i can swim well, but i am not an FABOULOUS swimmer, i only learned the important strokes about 2 months ago. i practiced swimming yesterday and did well over 200, however i did take several breaks inbetween.
does anybody have an tips on how to give myself an exrtra push to endure the fatigue??
