I am an X-C/Swimmer/Track athlete. Recently I have been struck with a minor hip injury and advised not to run or jump. Dr. suggests swimming if I want to still stay in shape. Anyone have a decent 45min to an hour workout, 4 days a week for a trained swimmer? I have access to a 25 meter standard pool. I am a member of the V swim team, and a lifeguard (so intensity isn't an issue =) I prefer the workout to be designed for cardio and respiratory endurance. Please help me!!!
