Will swimming get rid of man b***s? Also will it help me get big arms and shoulders? And how long does it take?

Well, swimming is exercising, and exercising does obviously help you lose weight, so yes I'd say, but you also need to incorporate healthy eating in with that, see if you can join a gym also, or go on fast walks, bike riding, and so on, but swimming is a very good way to lose weight because it is not as strenuous, also you need to make sure you do it regularly.   3. Swimming is great exercise.  It may take time for you to be able to see the results, but keep at it.  To drastically increase muscle size, you'll need to hit the weights.  Swimming will help a little, but that's more like toning.

  4. Any kind of physical exercise helps get rid of 'man b***s'. It doesn't matter what part of the body you're exercising- fat from all around the body gets burned. And yes, swimming is one of the best forms- if not THE best- of aerobic exercise. And yeah, monitor your diet. ; )
