  1. try to rest until your foot heals or it will be injured more. Stay light when running, meaning don't land hard. If you can hear your steps, you are to heavy.


  2. Youll have to have stretching to avoid transition injuries if you are a bigginer to multiple sports.

    Check also your BMI, maybe you have too much?
