Swimming in Puerto Vallarta- Winter Time?

We are thinking about going back to PV in late Feb. I want to know if the Bay of Banderas is too cold for swimming then. We are taking are toddler and I want her to be able to enjoy the ocean.

this depends on your tolerances, there are many Pto Vallarta websites to yahoo to give you better info, me i have no problems walking in the ocean there and you see many folks out swimming.

During the winter its probably in the upper 70s
