Swimming problem help?

when swimming do I have to move my feet only or my whole legs up and down? Do I have to move my hips too? I could float but I dont move from one spot...lol its frustrating

  1. you move your legs and arms at the same time if ur a begineer try frontcrawl its the easiest stroke and get some coaching it makes a diffrence


  2. I was a swimmer for 6 years straight and always won "Most Outstanding Swimmer" award. You have to move your whole legs and hips because you don't have much streanghth.

  3. Im a Swimmer who swims for wales at national standard so listen up!

    You need to move your whole legs up and down because your feet on its own do not have enough strength.
