Swimming problem??

Everytime I move my head to the sides underwater when doing the crawl stroke I feel a discomfort in my nose like water going in, if I get my head in the water horizontally exhaling air out of my nose I feel no discomfort until I move my head to the side underwater??

  3. U can just get one of those nose plugs you see the olympic swimmers using, they're like $1, little white clips u stick on ur nose to stop that from happening when u swim fast.

    If you don't that available u can buy a can of green beans for 50 cents, just just stick green beans up both ur nostrils, but keep the can by the pool cause sometimes they get soggy and fall out so you must replace them.

    The green bean technique was first used by the kazakstan swim team in the 1983 olympics in holland, apparently they'd been out partying and lost their regular nose plugs in a game of strip poker, and had to buy something to replace them from a local shop on the way to the swim meet.
