Swimming question????

Question

How hard would swimming be if you never did swimming before in your life. how much work is it?

It will be pretty difficult because you are not used to the water and moving in it. But if you are determined to learn all the strokes and swimming techniques, then it will be fun and easy for you.

well I wave swum all my life so I have never known not swimming..

my thoughts, if yiou have never swum before and want to learn (which is always a good thing, its the ultimate exercise). Get a teacher, in Asutralia we have Ausswim accedited teachers who know the best way to start etc.. its actually not hard, just have toget the confidence and thats where the teacher comes in.

well im a swimmer so u might not even want to read this but its not that hard but at practice when i have 2 do thousands of yrds then its hard!!!!

Well, i mean, it depends, if you wanna be a competive swimmer, it depends what kinda level competitve swimmer. If you want to be goood, you have to put effort into it, which belive me is not hard at all if you LOVE it. Practice, practice, practice... it takes alot of time, though. Manage time well. Once your great, itll be fun :)

well at first u have to push ur self into not quiting cause it takes a lot of strenth but in the end its all worth it cause u can really have fun in the water

It shouldn't be too hard if you're not afraid of the water, patient enough, and  have the determination to learn. You basically learn how to float by yourself in a  week, for some even less, if you practice at least 2 hrs everyday. You'll also learn the coordination of hands, kicks and breathing. It could be a little hard in the beginning, but once u get the techniques it'll be more fun and easier to do other swimming styles.
