1. This always happens to me when I dive.

Try putting olive/sunflower oil into it and then when you feel like its gone inside your ear put some cotton wool in it. I know it sounds like a stupid idea but it worked for me when I had the same problem.

If it continues to hurt for more than a couple of days then I agree with the guy above that you should go and see a doctor, particularly as you said it was giving you a headache.

If it's the same problem that I had with diving down too deep then it might go away on its own.

Next time you go swimming you should try ear plugs. However, they never worked for me as I couldn't keep them in so I just wear a swimming cap and make sure that its pulled over my ears or just avoid diving too much.

I hope this helps! Take it easy for the day (I know how annoying ear pain is)

  2. You have might ruptured your ear drum due to too much pressure to your ears. I advise you to stay away from water and see a doctor.

    =D

  3. Try pulling down on your ear lobe, and put your head to the side and shake your head. If that doesn't work, go to a doctor you might have swimmers ear.
