I have just started swimming training again I used to swim for a local team but have not swam like that for a few years. Anyway im back doing it again and I have found my staminer is nothing like it used to be. I have been doing 3-4 hours a week and staminer is getting better but still not as good as I want it to be.I don't expect miracles and don't expect my staminer to come back over night but does any one know what type of diet I could go on to improve my energy and staminer. I also do a phisical job so what ever diet I go on It has to give me energy all day.
