I've started swimming training that really oushed me to the limit of my fitness and I found that in the last session I kept getting cramp! I ate before hand but it was at least an hour before swimming. I couldn't chake it out and carried on swimming and now the leg that cramped really hurts- feels like I've strained everything and where my feet cramped hurts too. Is there anything I can do about it and how can I avoid cramp in the future?Thanks
