  1. Near Malaga you have SelwoMarina in Benalmadena. They have dolphins but they just offer swimming with sealions.

In Andalucia there is no other chance to see dolphins in a park. You can try by boat but I've been doing watersky for many years in those waters and I was lucky just once. In Puerto Marina (Benalmadena) and probably at any port in the area you'll find the dolphins watch service but they never guarantee you'll finally see them.

The closest place to Malaga that offers swimming with dolphins is Zoomarine in Albufeira, South Portugal. It's more than 4 hours away from Malaga and the experience costs 145€. I wonder how much a dolphin costs!!!

Anyway, enjoy your holidays in Andalucia!

  2. I believe someone asked this question and was told that it was against the law, but that might have been the specific location.

Let me see what I can find for you.

Here's an interesting site:  though, without looking into any of the links, they don't look like Spain.

Meantime, skip Spain, come to the US.  You can swim with dolphins in Florida, and California, and there are several locations in Mexico as well.  :)
