when i swim with my legs i swim really slow. i was swimmming with my friends and the coach and when i swam with only the kickboard as a review i was REALLY slow. on time i dont even think i was moving. he told me to point my feet and dont bend my knees but that makes me slower so i i do the opposite and it makes me like 1 second faster. help?
