  1. Wow! OF COURSE YOU SHOULD GO!!! I went a few years ago and "swam" with the belauga whales. IT WAS AMAZING!!! I put swam in quotation marks because i didnt swim with them, but  i got to go in the water with them. If you get cold easily i would not go because the water is, i would guess 50 degrees. However, it is really neat to get in a divers suit and feel them. I would definitly go. It will be somthing you will never forget! As far as when to book it. We had to book it extremly early and because we didnt book it early enough my parents couldnt go in with me. Good luck getting tickets and good luck at your swim meet!

  2. Sorry to say but no you cant you can feed them and pet them and stuff like that but not swim with them the water is too cold and they don't let people swim with their animals because all of them are rehabilitated.

  3. omg go it would be so fun i think u go right with them heres a site might help

  4. NO! never! they would never let u. even the trainers don't do that. a beluga encounter is just something when you aren't fenced out from the beluga. its just you, the beluga, and the trainer, and the other people doing the encounter. even though belugas are cute they get spooked out very easily. i kinda did a beluga encounter before, however it was just a short one  that lasted like 10min (im sure that you do more if you do the actual one) for a winter camp i was volunteering for. all we did was listen to the trainer who told us stuff about the beluga, and then the belugas did some tricks for us. however, even that it was not a real beluga encounter it was still really cool!

and...i don't think that you would want to go swimming in the tank. its really dirty, the belugas poo and pee in it, sea gulls and birds swim in it, and theirs probably other nasty things in there as well.

  5. There is no way you will even get into the Beluga tank at the Vancouver Aquarium unless you fall or jump in at which point you will either be rescued or arrested.  It does not happen.
