Swimroom.com only for swimmers?

Hi. I was wondering if swimroom.com is only for swimmers? or for evrybody? i am a big michael phelps phan, so i was wondering if i can make one and add him. And also other swimmers too. Lochte and the others. Thanks!

well its designed for swimmers but you can use it. dosen't matter good luck I'm also a big phelps and lochte phlan!
