  1. The Buttblaster. Imagine being on hands and knees while lifting and straightening one leg at a time. Stairmaster is good. Leg press machine.

    If you don't have any equipment or gym, run some stairs or get a few weights and do lunges. Do them right and they work quads and hams and butt.  

    Also stay off of sugar, bread, and salt, and throw in some cardio  No amount of muscle looks good covered in fat.
