Swindon not being noticed very much?

don't you think Swindon isn't really noticed, what i mean its not really talked about in the news, not many singers/bands are having venues here in swindon, And on yahoo answers, they have a catogory for Bristol but not swindon.....

then on sunday on top gear they talked about the councillor of swindon is top gears new motoring hero....
