Swing speed and golf ball distance?

I just want to know if there is a formula i can use to figure out how fast im swinging based on how far the ball goes.

Ignore what Guest2023 said.  A swing speed of 85mph will NOT get you 280 yards off the tee unless you have a very good amount of roll and a lot of wind behind you.  There's a reason that the tour pros have avg swing speeds of 115mph and average still 290-300 yards.  Even the tour pros hit the sweet spot 99% of the time and they couldn't hit 280 yards with a 85mph swing.
