Swing vote? Should I see it?

My mom, sister, and I all want to see a movie tonight. We were thinking of Swing Vote becasue it's the only movie thats out that we want to see. Should we see it? Is it any good? Rate on a scale of 1-10. 1 being don't waste your time even thinking about it and 10 being you'd be a fool not to see it. Either Swing Vote or rentals and pizza.

i saw swing vote and it wasent worth it. i mean yea it has a good plot and point. but i thought it was a waste of time. i would give it a 6. stay at home and watch the tube with some pizza!
