Swiss Chalet on the Prairies

Question

Hi! Our family loves Swiss Chalet, but we were sad when the Saskatchewan stores closed down, and there are now no stores in Manitoba either. Swiss Chalets seem to do well elsewhere in the country, so why are there none here?The parent company certainly has other restaurants in Saskatchewan and Manitoba, but why no Swiss Chalets? Please help!

out in the more western provinces there is a higher demand for restaurant employees.  There probably weren't enough people there so they closed down and probably went bankrupt because of the low amount of workers  so move a bit farther east if you want to get some swiss chalet.

They have had a rough go it for reasons not clear. Seems that cannot make a profit in that area.
