Swiss Cottage Leisure Centre?

I am playing football there over the next week and have an embarrasing problem. I have eczema and psoriasis over my back and stomach, and I am incredibly self conscious about it. The problem will raise it's head when getting changed and getting showered. It looks really bad and it would be sole destroying to be the butt of everyone's jokes, or to have them looking at me as though I am diseased.

Can any one tell me whether the showers at the leisure centre are either communal or individual?

Why don't you ring them up and ask them? If you must give a reason for your asking, tell them you are shy about public nudity.
