  1. The pics don't show. Please try to post them again since there is no snake called a banana snake, unless you're talking about a morph of California kingsnake called a banana. Pet store employees usually don't know what they're talking about.

EDIT: Okay, after looking at the picture, I'd recommend thinking about getting a different snake. The snake in the picture is a venomous pit viper. I don't know the exact species, but it is a dangerous animal. I really hope there's not a pet store somewhere out there selling this snake and giving it a misleading name such as a "banana snake". Most of the arboreal pit vipers only grow to about three feet long on average. I had a Mangrove pit viper, and them, like all pit vipers, are dangerous and can easily put you in the hospital.

  2. noooooooo idea

  3. That last photo if of some type of viper. Venomous. Not sure which species but definitely a venomous species. You are not going to want one of those!  If they are calling it a banana snake it's probably because many species of viper, including eyelash vipers etc. end up in produce at the markets in some of these third world countries.  People shop at open air markets and fruits and vegetables are brought in right from the fields.. sometimes carrying with it an unsuspecting victim...
