Switch 180??

Question

I can do a regualr forward to switch 180 is it that much harder to do a switch 180 a can ski switch pretty good if that makes a difference and does anyone have anytips for mastering a 360 i can do a 180 easily but i really want to learn how to do a 360

i have never tried a 180 off a jump but i have done some 360's, when you are about to jump wind up and right after you have gotten in the air throw your shoulders and look over the shoulder that you are spinning spot your landing, land and ski off like a pro, even try to put a grab into, i have never tried but i will, i think it makes it easier because your skis are not flailing everywhere and you look cooler

just go for it all out on a small jump swing your arms and turn your sholder and push your body with you chin

youll get it when you do it the key is your head where you are looking your body will go

trust me you will know when you have the head movement down because you will spin alot easyer
