Switched birth controls?...pregnant??

I took Ortho-tri-low for about 4 years and 3 months. Then wanted to switched because I was having alot of break threw bleeding, spotting and skipping periods. (for about 5-6 months in a row) This is my first month on YAZ. I am to the white pills (only 4) where I should have my period. I have no symptoms of a period. When should I start to worry?

When can I test?

I was a week late when I switched pills the last time. I generally get it 2-3 days into the sugar pills. I would say test when you're finished the pack and again the day you're supposed to start the new pack but I am pretty sure its just hormonal changes from switching pills.
