Switched to new yahoo and unable to add content??

Question

I waited to switch until I didn't have a choice. Now I'm trying to add content and I'm not getting the box to page thru to find new content. I did disable my pop up blocker and it still doesn't work for me?

If you are having the same problem I am then you might not be using a browser that Yahoo wants you to use.  I am using an IE shell browser and when I try to make any module changes half the page gets grayed out.  But it works in IE7.
