I have a surround sound headset that uses most of the audio jacks and surround sound speakers for my computer.

when i want to use the headset i have to unplug all the speaker cables from the jacks and plug in all the cables from the headset to the jacks. is there some device were i can plug in all the jacks from both devices and use a switch to switch them over easy?? i know there are some for your xbox,ps,dvd player etc. but are there any audio switches like that? and for a computer?

Thanks

  1. You are looking for a splitter. You know that there are some splitters for gaming systems, which have audio and video. You can buy a splitter with audio and video ports, and just use audio. You do not have to use all of the connections in the splitter. Just use whatever connections you need. You can buy a splitter from stores like Radio Shack.
