Switching medicaid from one state to another?

So we currently live in WY and I'm 10 weeks pregnant and I have medicaid. We would like to move to PA but I dont want to lose the medicaid. Does anyone know how to switch medicaid from WY to PA or if I can even do that?

No, medicaid is run on a state by state basis.  If you move out of state, you have to reapply in your new state.

You cannot "switch" medicaid from state to state. Each state has it's own eligibility requirements. Once you relocate to PA, you will have to reapply. Here is the link to their website:
