Switching schools at A-Level?

i have done my AS in one school, but now wishing to continue my A2 study at another college. will i get admissions for A2 entry or do i have to apply for AS like fresh??

  1. I don't think you can apply for A2 at another school RIGHT NOW.

    If you were going to do this properly, you would've applied around the autumn of last year. Right now, the school you want probably won't have space in their course for a mid-A-Level (made up term) transfer.

    You would'nt have to apply for AS. Stay in your current school.


  2. Unless its absolutely neccasery (eg. you have moved 50miles away from the old college) I would stick with the one you're already at. Why? Because you don't want to risk missing anything in the courses, and when changing schools you usually do because modules may be taught in different orders or whatever.
