Switching to Vonage?

I am thinking of switching to Vonage...I understand that it uses the internet to make calls. What connects to the phone? Is it a regular phone cable or is it an ethernet cable?

I have Vonage and they wil send you a router which will have a standard RJ11 voice jack for your phone and another port for your ethernet connection.
