Hey,I have heard that a raw diet is the healthiest possible. I would like to be as healthy as I can in life so i would like to switch to a raw diet. However I am worried that If I do it (as I have no special nutrition knowledge) I will end up being deficient in something.How can I switch to a raw diet? References would be very useful. I am particularly interested in answers from people who are on a raw diet.Thanks,Stevenp.s the diet has NOTHING to do with weight loss
