Question:

Switching to a raw diet?

Hey,

I have heard that a raw diet is the healthiest possible. I would like to be as healthy as I can in life so i would like to switch to a raw diet. However I am worried that If I do it (as I have no special nutrition knowledge) I will end up being deficient in something.

How can I switch to a raw diet? References would be very useful. I am particularly interested in answers from people who are on a raw diet.

Thanks,

Steven

p.s the diet has NOTHING to do with weight loss

  1. hi there check out this nice lady's website 'Anne Wigmore"  as far as i know she has been doing the raw food thing longer than most.  i had the oppertunity to live, and work with her in the 70's.  i went raw to get rid of asthma - it worked and i felt great!  good for you and good luck!  this is the best site i know of for raw fooders or potential raw fooders.  still a veggie & raised a family of veggies now raising grand kid veggies.  still have my wheatgrass juice every other day.  a veggie Mom  :)
