  1. Blades are good for the player that does not mis strike the ball. They force you to have a repeatable swing. If you play off of a two, you will do fine. Expect al little less forgiveness, and you r hands to rattle on mis hits. But you will gain accuracy after you groove the sweet spot. Do it man. You will be able to work the ball. Look at the Mizuno MP33's. They are great and dirt cheap now that the MP 100's have been released. I got em. You will like em. Good luck

  2. Golf King,

Really the argument for playing blade style irons is quite simple. The best way to play better golf is to hit the ball with the dead center of the clubface every time.

The reason why some of the best players on the planet play blade irons is the feedback they receive when they mishit a shot allows them to minutely fine tune their swings and by doing so, hit the ball in the middle more often.

That's the only reason why you would want to play blades....

    Good Luck!

  3. come back to haunt you, u sad person stop asking stupid questions and get a life away from this u pervert

  4. I have never seen so many scratch to very low handicap players asking questions  about which club to buy. One would think that if they are using a forged club now and shooting to a 2, that they would not want to change. For what reason? You are already in the top 1% of amateur golfers. So will new forged clubs improve the game?

  5. I tried blades for about a year.  The first impression is they feel heavier than Cavity Back no matter what the shaft is.  But of course new blades are more forgiving than the oldies.  Why would you want blades?   To shape shots, most forged cavity back are good enough.
