Switzerland or italy?

iam planning to go to any one of the places for a week.which is a better place?it should be worth the money iam spending..

italy and switzerland are next to each other - thus the northern part of Italy is much like all of Switzerland.....

  Howefer, italy also has Firenza (Florence), Venice, and Rome for which there are no comparisons in Switzerland....so I would pick Italy
