Switzerland schools?

can someone tell me all they know about the school system in switzerland.

dear kristy, you havent an idea! schools in switzerland are definitely better than US schools! but youre right theres much less discipline over here which is nice and you dont have to get up everrrrrrrrrrrry morning to listen to the national anthem and the pledge of alligance. Otherwise the gradeing system is completely different, its not letters from A to F its numbers from 1 to 6 (1 being the worst, 6 being the best). Yea, and then a lot of schools dont have block schedules, so you have different times you go to school everyday and different times for coming home. So if youre not up for that you can still go to an international school, theres plenty in switzerland and theyre good too.

well, if you're from the States, you may be surprised about the school system. Compared to the States, it's not as disciplined or advanced. But, it's not bad. It's actually very good compared to many other countries. But, going from a North American school to one in Switzerland could be a big shock.
