Swollen, stinging nipple?

I'm not pregnant!!! Its my left one -.- well this morning when i woke up and i put my arm forward and brought it back fast and smacked my boob xD a few seconds later it started stinging and now its swollen. I put ice on it and some of the stinging is gone. Will it go away??

I sometimes have this type of problem and it seems to happen when I don't wear a bra for too long, or when I sleep crooked on one of my b*****s. I have had 2 kids and nursed them both and my b*****s are pretty saggy now, so sometimes they get caught where they aren't supposed to be, if that makes any sense. Hope yours feels better soon.
