Question:

Swollen Gums help?

I have a toothache and I made a dentist appointment but it isn't for another week. The gums aroudn the tooth are sore and swollen. Would gargling salt water help brign the swelling down or make it not as sore? Does anyone know anything else I can do in the mean time before my appointment?

  1. Yes it will help

  2. are you having gum problem or tooth problem? Gum problem, use warm salt water gargle & brush & let it bleed. The pus will come out & give you some relief. If it is tooth cavity, use clove oil.
