Swollen Lump On my Forearm?

Question

I recently noticed a swollen, swore lump on the back of my forearm about 2 days ago. It is about the sice of an eraser and feels like it is in the vein area. Just about a day ago I notice profused swelling or increased blood pressure in my left arm(where the lump is). It seems all my veins enlarged out of nowhere in this particular arm and felt very weak.

What should I do?

Is it a clot?

Either way you need to see a doctor about it before its too late. It could be something serious
