i am a 15 year old female and i've had both my left and right lympnode on my neck swollen for the past 1 and a half or so, it is not red, its hard, and it can be pushed around, i have not had a cold or strep throat within the past 6 months, one is bigger than the other and then it switches sometimes, it causes some discomfort to my neck but is not actually painful, when should (and if) i seek medical help?

  1. I would see a doc. just to get it checked out. The fact that it is movable is a good sign. Even allergies can cause chronic swollen glands...just get it checked out to see what it is though.
