Swollen Toes - Help?

the last 2 toes on my left foot have been swollen and red for the last 3 days. Its painful to walk. What could this be? I run on a treadmill and recently changed my sneakers (from basketball shoes to running shoes - only been a day)...help

Maybe it's an ingrown toenail? I happened to have gotten one today on my big toe. Usually they appear on the big toe but its possible to get them on any. If you can see pus in the swelling then thats another sympton

You have either been stung by some insect or you have atheletes foot, soak your foot in epson salts when you dry off see if you can spot any impact area if not spray around and between your toes with a medicated foot spray as usual if there is no improvement see a doctor:)
