Swollen fingers help?

Hey everyone im ttc for 1 yr 1 month and i think this may be my lucky month but i all of usdden have swollen fingers on my left hand. Is this a sign of pregnancy?

if not i have many others.

I hope this is your month, but do me a favor and go to your doctor...soon...I have a kidney disease and with that, I get high blood pressure. Swollen fingers is the first sign of high blood pressure and if thats the case, I want you to get it looked at so you and baby are healthy:)
