Swollen glands, chills, ear pain, and sore throat?

It started last night, slight chills, swollen neck area, sore throat, little ear pain, hurts to swallow, a little dizziness when i close my eyes, and I have aches all over my body...any ideas? maybe a viral infection?

Probably viral. Could be flu, strep, or a number of other viruses.  Drink Lots of Clear Fluids, Take some motrin for the fever/chills/pain, and go see the doctor tomorrow.
